Remls Code — Acceptance of Responsibility

1. Acceptance

By installing, activating, or using Remls Code you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Intended Use

Remls Code is a personal AI agent for legitimate, lawful use: local models, automation, and productivity. You are solely responsible for how you use it.

3. No Liability for Misuse

The Owner (Reverse Engineering Management Lab System) is <strong>not responsible</strong> for any damage, loss, or legal consequence arising from:

  • Use of Remls Code for illegal activities (unauthorized access, hacking, fraud, malware).
  • Misuse of gateway platforms, skills, or terminal access.
  • Data loss from local model training or self-modification.
  • Any action taken by the agent under your command.

4. No Warranty

Remls Code is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Owner does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

5. Local-First, Your Risk

Models run locally on your hardware. You control the agent. You assume all risk of local execution, including resource use and model output.

6. License

Use is governed by your purchased license tier (Individual / Pro / Team / Business). The Owner license grants full source access. Redistribution of source is prohibited.

8. Security & Pentest Capabilities

Remls Code may be extended with skills for security research, penetration testing, and network analysis. Such capabilities are available only in tiers that include HAT/skills (all paid tiers; Individual may install community skills locally).

You are <strong>solely responsible</strong> for how you use any security, offensive, or network-testing capability. The Owner does not authorize, endorse, or accept liability for:

  • Testing or accessing systems without explicit written permission.
  • Any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful security activity.
  • Damage, breach, or legal consequence from security skills you install or train.

Security features must be used only in authorized environments (your own systems, or with written consent). The Owner provides the tool; you assume all responsibility for its use.
